The Zeiss Axioscan 7 Slide Scanner is a high throughput whole slide scanner that uses a combination of speed, gentle treatment and the optimal wavelength for multispectral fluorescence imaging. Axioscan 7 employs swift and reproducible LED illumination, fast filter wheels, and a sophisticated filter concept to efficiently separate a broad range of fluorescence channels. This provides the shortest possible exposure times for maximum specimen protection, fast switching between up to 9 fluorescence channels, perfect spectral separation for advanced fluorescence multiplexing applications, and unparalleled information density without compromising data quality. In addition, the advanced software allows for automatic tissue detection and imaging along with automated z-height adjustment for user-free high throughput imaging.
