Zeiss Axioscan 7 High Throughput Slide Scanner

Description/Accessories

The Zeiss Axioscan 7 Slide Scanner is a high-throughput whole slide scanner that uses a combination of speed, gentle treatment, and the optimal wavelength for multispectral fluorescence imaging. Axioscan 7 employs swift and reproducible LED illumination, fast filter wheels, and a sophisticated filter concept to efficiently separate a broad range of fluorescence channels. This provides the shortest possible exposure times for maximum specimen protection, fast switching between up to 9 fluorescence channels, perfect spectral separation for advanced fluorescence multiplexing applications, and unparalleled information density without compromising data quality. In addition, the advanced software allows for automatic tissue detection and imaging along with automated z-height adjustment for user-free high-throughput imaging.

Accessories: Slide holders accommodate 1" x 3", 2" x 3", and 4" x 3" slides from 0.8 to 1.3 mm thick

Accessories: Brightfield Axiocam 705 CMOS camera for fast, accurate color imaging

Accessories: Fluorescence Axiocam 712 CMOS for high-speed fluorescence imaging

Accessories: Colibri 7 and X-Cite Xylis (Wavelength range: 380-770 nm) for multiplexed fluorescence imaging (Filters available: HE, GFP, Cy3, Cy5, and Cy7)

Accessories: 4 objectives available (5x, 10x, 20x, and 40x)

Cost (per hour): $30 internal / $42 external academic / $72 industry per hour
