Sample Shipment

1. Fill out Contact/Sample Inquiry Form: https://forms.office.com/r/8QetWbJ3Qh
   
   
2. We will contact you concerning logistics. If shipping samples continue to number 3.
   
   
3. Package samples based upon discussed logistics.
   
   
   1. Ensure adequate packing material to minimize sample damage in transit.
      
      
   2. Ship packages prior to Thursday to ensure packages arrive in a timely manner (specifically important for temperature sensitive samples).

5. Confirm shipping details by emailing macrenar@msu.edu and sueaaron@msu.edu including tracking number and any other information you think is necessary.
   
   
6. We will pick up the package physically from central receiving.
   
   
7. We will notify via email upon package arrival.
   
   
8. If you receive no correspondence on the date of expected package arrival, please email to confirm receipt of package.
