ESL Bioimage 266 nm Laser Ablation System

Description/Accessories


The ESL Bioimage 266 Laser Ablation System is a state-of-the-art laser ablation system that operates at 266 nm for biological imaging applications. It is equipped with a 1000 Hz source laser. The laser is capable of producing 1-65 µm circular spot sizes in 1 µm increments or square spot sizes from 5x5 µm to 80x80 µm. In addition, the fluence at the sample surface is ~ 25 J/cm². The laser is controlled by Activeview2 software.

Accessories: TwoVol3 ultra-fast washout cell with nanograde stages for submicron resolution imaging at TOF speeds

Accessories: 20x viewing system for high magnification sample viewing

Accessories: Dual concentric injector (DCI) for < 1 ms washout

Cost (per hour): $100 internal / $140 external academic / $240 industry per hour
